How do I buy a product?
1. Choose your desired laser model using the drop down menu.
2. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add products to your Shopping Cart.
3. To view the products in your Shopping Cart, click on the "My Cart" link located on the upper right hand corner.
4. To check out, click on the "Checkout" button located on the "My Cart" page.
What are my payment options?

How do I change my order?
Changing Your Order BEFORE Checkout:
You may change your order at anytime while you are shopping. Click 'My Cart' located in the top right of the screen. This will display your Shopping Cart. You may remove item(s) or change the quantity of item(s) in your Shopping Cart. Select 'Update' once you have made a change to recalculate the sub-total.
Changing Your Order AFTER Checkout:
If you have already checked out (completed your order), then please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of our handheld units, we can change your order if it has not yet been shipped.

Absolutely! All TECHLASERS products are 100% LEGAL in the United States unless clearly and specifically stated otherwise on our product pages. Our handheld Class IIIb lasers incorporate a 5-point safety system which includes an aperture shutter, key switch, indicator LED, interlock, and output delay. We have obtained FDA accession numbers for all of our products to be shipped into the United States.
Are your products FDA certified in the USA?
All of our laser products to be shipped into the United States are certified compliant with FDA regulations. Class IIIb and Class IV (output power >5mW) laser products sold by TECHLASERS feature the five-point safety system which is required in order for legal import into the United States.
Will my laser get seized by customs?
We get asked this question a lot so we feel it is important to address this. We can certainly understand the apprehension our customers must have about ordering a product from another country. This is why we do everything we can to ensure all our products meet the safety and regulatory requirements of all the countries we ship to. Because our business relies on international customers we cannot afford to take chances. This is why we consult with our customs brokers, who have in-depth knowledge and extensive experience dealing with customs agencies in North America, South America, Europe and Asia, on a regular basis.

All of our products are shipped directly from our facilities in Hong Kong, Hong Kong.

How much will the duties and taxes cost on my order?
We do not charge any duties or taxes on any TECHLASERS products. Duties and taxes will be levied by your local government customs offices when the shipment enters your country. For USA bound shipments, our products are usually free of all duties and taxes. For all other countries, it is best to check with your local customs office if you require an exact duty and tax estimate.
What shipping services do you provide?
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. If you are interested in using another shipping carrier, please contact sales@techlasers.com.
How much is shipping to my location?
The shipping cost for the first item is $24.99. The shipping cost for each additional item is $5.00.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All laser products are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of your order.
Once my order has been shipped, how long will it take to arrive?
The average shipping time for UPS is 4 to 6 business days while most orders arrive sooner.
If the item is not in stock, how long will it take to ship?
If the item is not in stock, our website will usually specify how long the product will take to ship. Some items are in-stock, and others need to be built per-order. If an item is not in stock, the lead time is usually 1-2 weeks, however some items require a lead time of 2-4 weeks.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.
How can I track my shipment?
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number, you can contact us by email and we will gladly provide it for you. Please have your Sales Order number ready so that we can easily locate your order.

What is the return policy?
Tech Lasers guarantees that all products are as described, and we guarantee all specifications. We cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for any particular application, and we cannot guarantee that the customer will 'like' our product. If you have a particular application in mind and are unsure as to the suitability of our products, please email our knowledgeable staff at sales@techlasers.com.
We will do all that we can to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase; however we do not guarantee a refund. If the product does not meet all specifications as described on our website, it will be replaced.
7 Day Return Policy:
G-Class handheld lasers can be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the product for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. In the case that you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the amount we paid for shipping from your refund. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of receiving the item from Tech Lasers and returning the item to our facility. The seven days are calculated according to tracking information and effective from the time that the product arrives at the customer's location to the time that the item is scanned by the courier to be sent back to our location.
If item has been tampered with in any way, or if there are any components, paperwork, or accessories missing or damaged, Tech Lasers may not issue a refund, and the item will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. Furthermore, Tech Lasers reserves the right to hold any returned product for testing for up to 4 weeks if an inspection is deemed necessary by Tech Lasers.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us first if you decide you would like to return your product. Once we determine eligibility, we will send you a return authorization form with instructions on how to send your product back to Tech Lasers. Any products sent back to our facility without being issued a Return Authorization beforehand will be refused by our returns department.

All products are rigorously tested before shipping to our customers. If item arrives DOA, the customer must contact Tech Lasers immediately through email in order to receive the correct instructions as to how to proceed. If the item is deemed defective by Tech Lasers, we will replace the item at no charge to the customer. The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the defective product back to Tech Lasers. Tech Lasers will cover shipping costs of returning the repaired product back to the customer via UPS.
How do I send my product back for warranty work?
For a more detailed explanation and to receive an RA (Return Authorization) form, please contact Tech Lasers through email before preparing your product to be returned. Any products that are shipped back without an RA number will be refused by our returns department and returned to sender.
How long is my product warranty?
Our warranty is six months on all portable series lasers.
